Successful Fun Day at the Richmond Children’s Arts Festival

It was a successfully fun day at the Children’s Arts Festival. The fantastic lion dance served as the opening.
Our Kids Power’s reporters interviewed with a lot of parents and kids who were highly enjoying the festival. Kids were having lots of fun in doing arts and crafts.

They also talked with the City of Richmond, Councillor Bill McNulty about what is the best for the kids. He said, “ It was great to see that the kids were interacting , not just admiring a piece of still art.” This is very well said. Arts are supposed to be a great media to inspire each other with actions follow.
Our reporters also talked with the 3 champions who just won their hockey game at the provincial competition. They shared their view about fun and the importance of playing sports.
At the end, the kids met with the Manager in charge who invited Kids Power to participate in the festival. The kids asked a lot of questions including the history of the festival to the future plan of the festival.
What an experience!
