Kids Power Society is a Canadian non-profit organization registered in 2019, initiated by Alia Kong when she was 8-years-old. Alia uses creativity as a hatching ground to encourage everyone to become an organic initiator, and be part of the ownership of the creation of futuristic technology. Her beliefs became the motto of Kids Power Society: “Keep dreaming and never give up, because one day you can make a difference, and make the world a better place!”
Ryder Chow is the Spokesperson and currently 10 years old. He promotes the beliefs and let the kids’ voices to be heard.
Over the past 5 years, Kids Power Society was led by Alia to published 4 Sci-Fi story books, contributed by 125 kids around the world together, documenting their dreams and creativities. The 4 books were sold at a good cause, to raise fund for BC’s Children Hospital in 2020 and HK Sower’s Action in 2022. In 2023, Kids Committee was formed for creating a project, “Bring imagination and stories to life!” And they launched their very first project in September inviting local schools to join them for “Ghost Pod” Design Collaboration.
Alia Kong, our Initiator and Society Content Builder, said “The main mission of Kids Power Society is to develop a Society Metaverse, where a virtual society can let everyone contribute to their virtual space and own their creation. The 4 story books are the blueprint for the metaverse development, it is still expanding and kids are excited to prove the ideas in the story to be true science, like the Ghost Pod project.”
