A super-interview with Big Wil and Corey of RBC

A super-interview with Big Wil and Corey of RBC, Garden City Branch. Stay tune for more!
Here is what William Gatfield said, Branch Manager of Garden City,
“RBC Royal Bank, helping our clients thrive and our communities prosper are a reflection of our organization’s core values and purpose. It was inspiring to meet the young group of innovators and their supportive parents at Kids Power Society, to learn more about how they are making a difference in our local Community. Through their imaginative nature in creating their Superheroes, to the slogan of the book itself, it was evident that these kids are looking to make the world a better place through sharing their message and giving back to those in need. It was an honor for our Garden City Branch to be involved and sponsor part of their project, and we’re excited to continue providing this support while seeing what this amazing group of kids do next!”

lovely diary from kids power members

From our Spokeperson, Alia Kong

Yesterday, Alia decorated the big seashells with jewels and markers. Then she put sea creatures inside the shells to create a “underwater” game. She made the sea creatures with paper and colored them with markers. She wrote messages on the shells: Be Yourself! Be Creative! Dream Big! Imagine the impossibles!
How creative, Alia Kong!

From our secretary, Naisha

Dreams are big and hopes are high
Have faith in yourself and let the imagination fly

Another long day for the kids committee

Today the Spokes lady and the Ambassador of the kids committee ,again, went to promote their dreams and their book to get potential sponsor in the commercial area.
The kids were so encouraged and got lots of positive energy from the feedback of each store managers. Some of them even support them by ordering their book right away.

The kids created something from their heart and did this for a good cause.  They want to share
their believes and dreams with the rest of the world. They want to inspire other kids with special
needs such as Children’s hospital, Autism Center, Disability Childcare Center and Family Place.

They want to show the kids who need hope to keep dreaming, never give up; because one day
they can change the world!

The kids still need to collect funds to print their book.  Please support them!
