As the trailblazing Consul General of Saudi Arabia in Hong Kong, he forged historic bonds between two vibrant cultures, catalyzing groundbreaking collaborations in trade, economy, and mutual understanding.
His visionary leadership and diplomatic prowess extended beyond bilateral relations, fostering global connections that transcended borders. As Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, he further solidified the strategic partnership between Hong Kong, China, and Saudi Arabia.
Now, in his retirement, he remains passionately committed to nurturing the next generation of global leaders, recognizing the transformative power of technology in bridging cultures and shaping the future. It is an honor to have him share his insights and expertise with us today.

Congratulations to Ms. Alia Kong for being recognized as the “Cultural Exchange Diamond Ambassador” at the Coronet Diamond Museum Grand Opening!
The Coronet Amazing Museum in Hong Kong displays ten Guinness World Records-breaking diamond creations, such as the most diamonds set on a guitar, handbag, sceptre, watch, toilet, lipstick case, sunglasses and more, symbolizing art, luxury, and innovation.
At the opening celebration, prestigious guests attended, and Alia was honoured by a Tourism board legislative member.
Mr. Aaron Shum acknowledges the world is changing and he wants to give the Young Generation a say.
The next generation has their own purpose!
He encourages the young generation to become entrepreneurs of the new times.
As the Cultural Exchange Diamond Ambassador, Alia is leading the upcoming ‘Diamond Repurposing Project.’ This project aims to reveal our true worth, reshape our purpose, and define our self-value, just like diamonds.
There’s a great engineering and science behind the Diamond Setting behind Mr Shum’ patented “Coronet”, Each piece of Coronet® is made from 7 high caliber diamonds set WITH NO PRONGS holding the center diamond, that will be reviewed along the Diamond Repurposing Journey
